Despite they retain a number of characteristics in common, they vary in that although all managers are leaders, not all leaders are managers. Managing and leading are two complementing skills that go hand in hand (Inc., n.d.). It's impossible to separate one from another. Manager’s endeavour, consolidate, and integrate, whereas leaders influence people and help motivate.
